Let go vs Hold on

People are adamant in letting go of their suffering. Out of a fear of the unknown, they cling onto suffering that is familiar. To suffer is a choice and not a compulsion.

Letting go of things which aren’t meant to be is definitely torturous on the soul. But holding onto things which will never be causes further harm. The idea is to strike a balance between the two. Let go slowly while holding onto somethings that still bear a footprint in your heart.
Gradually, things slip and stop having a control over you. Don’t try too much to let go, as its a natural process.
